Diane’s focus at Vision Group Realty is both managing the firm’s REO listings as well as servicing relocating clients, whose challenges she fully understands. After frequent commuting to Charlotte in the 80’s from the Midwest, she moved here in 1993, experiencing the changes and growth of the Greater Charlotte area. Her daughter attended schools in the CMS school system. Both creative and pragmatic in her approach to the business of real estate she has a clear understanding of the importance of attention to detail, Diane also coordinates marketing and advertising for Vision Group Realty. Prior to working in the real estate industry, Diane built a successful career in live entertainment production, which involved national and international projects. She produced entertainment for theme parks (Paramount Parks), the Department of Defense, shopping malls, the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, fairs, cruise lines and was a creative director on the build of a major themed attraction for children, Wannado City. She has served on the Entertainment Committee of the International Association of Theme Parks and Attractions, as well as, the Board of Directors of the Children’s Theatre of Charlotte. She has also served many years on the Board of Directors of her home owner’s association.

Before starting her real estate career, Kristina graduated from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln with a degree in Human Resources. After graduation, she began her career recruiting employees for large corporations. In 1999 she moved to Charlotte, NC and began her real estate career. In 2001 she married her husband Mike, with whom she has three children. In 2005 Kristina and Mike founded their own real estate business, Vision Group Realty, and in 2007 she received her official real estate license in both North and South Carolina.

As a real estate professional, Kristina prides herself in using her expertise when representing her clients. Kristina’s number one goal is to provide exceptional customer service and dedicate herself to the goals of her buyers and sellers. Whether it’s a first-time home buyer who wants step-by-step assistance to fully understand the home buying process, or a relocating executive wanting her to personally handle every facet of the deal, she has the experience and knowledge to get the job done. Michaela Scurlock, Company Qualifying Broker of Vision Group Realty is licensed in NC, and SC. Michaela also is the Managing Broker of Vision Group Realty’s REO department. Michaela is no stranger to the challenges of moving and getting settled, as well as serving. Along with her husband of 24 years, Michael Scurlock, retired NFL player for the L.A./St. Louis Rams and Carolina Panthers, she has done extensive community work. They are proud parents of four children. They have been instrumental in establishing youth camps, NFL team events and charitable events. For many years they volunteered for the Week of Champions, a non-profit organization that provides sports camp experiences to children, free of charge. Michaela is a volunteer at the local YMCA and currently serves as the YMCA Annual Campaign Chair. Michaela’s passion is to bring the community together.

Michaela has not only excelled in the area of community service, her recognition in the industry of Real Estate and Sales is equally impressive. She was one of the first Nationally Accredited Luxury Home Specialists. The Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (AHLS) designation is a prestigious appointment held nationally by only a select few real estate professionals dedicated to helping luxury home buyers and sellers fulfill their real estate dreams. The intensive required course explores national luxury housing trends, specialized luxury buyer and seller needs, development and delivery of unique high level services, representation issues, liability and risk management, builder services, personal marketing, and much more. Michaela also holds the Short Sales & Foreclosure designation. The Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource (SFR) is helpful in today’s market, knowing how to help sellers maneuver the complexities of short sales, as well as help buyers pursue short sale and foreclosure opportunities are not merely good skills to have—they are critical. In 2005 Michaela received the Real Estate National Sales Award, which recognizes exceptional performance of leading residential Real Estate professionals in America. Realty Alliance, an association of the largest residential Real Estate Brokers in America presented this award. Additionally, Michaela is a multiple Five STAR Professional Award Recipient.

Born in Austria, Michaela has maintained her European connections both personally and professionally. In order to remain abreast of global trends and market influences, she makes extended visits to Central Europe. Prior to entering the real estate industry, she worked in sales with a high profile international corporation. Michaela has earned her outstanding reputation by providing her clients complete, caring, knowledgeable and honest representation for years. These qualities carry over into her day to day oversight of Vision Group Realty.

Silvana Lewis

Born in Venezuela and having moved to the United States at the age of three, Silvana has gained the benefit of learning how to adapt to new environments and appreciate new cultures. After years of living in Pennsylvania and Massachusetts, she moved to Miami, FL, to manage her family’s real estate properties, from pre-construction stage to rental stage, while completing her college degree in Sociology and Business Law and earning her Master’s degree in Higher Education. Because of the many relationships Silvana built as a property manager, after graduating, she took a job as an assistant paralegal in a real estate law firm before moving to St. Louis, MO, where her career path took a slight change.

For the past 15 years, Silvana has worked in community outreach, advised several local 501(c)3 organizations, and helped develop and implement programs which are in still in use. With all of this, her love for real estate has never been far behind. It is because of Silvana’s joy for working with people and being able to share in the excitement of new possibilities, it is with great honor that she is a part of Vision Group Realty. Both her fluency in English and Spanish, as well as, her experience with construction, renovations, and the Charlotte community at-large, offer Silvana the opportunity to add more to a client’s experience when purchasing or selling a home.

Silvana is married with two children. She is an active member of her children’s school PTA and is a Committee Chair. Because of Silvana’s active role in her community, she takes pride in getting to know people and understanding the needs they share. In doing so, Silvana’s desire is to continually educate herself in order to best assist the needs of her clients, so that they can maximize their goals.

Melissa is originally from Cleveland, Ohio and in 2002 graduated from John Carroll University receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications. In 2005, after leaving Cleveland, she relocated to Houston, Texas and later San Jose, California. Today, she lives and works in South Charlotte as a Real Estate Broker holding a license in South Carolina as well. She has a gift for thinking outside of the box, while also respecting the privacy, time, and unique needs of each individual client. By also staying up to date with the current market trends, latest technology, and community growth, Melissa can guide her clients through all their Real Estate needs from start to finish with unmatched dedication to detail. Melissa has a passion for helping people in transition, be it into a first home or a new city. Thanks to her personal experience with relocation, she anticipates the needs of her clients and provides phenomenal customer service from start to finish.

 

Outside of Melissa’s work in the Real Estate industry, she is an active member and chairperson for the Parent Teacher Fellowship at Charlotte Christian School and a member of HEIRS Christian Center Church. As a mom of four, she and her husband Nate spend most of their free time at gymnastics practice, track meets, baseball and soccer games. Aside from spending time with her family, Melissa enjoys tennis, loves to travel and catch up on a good book.
