Sell Your Home

At Vision Group Realty, all of our brokers are members of the National Association of REALTORS® who receive mandatory ethics training and are bound by a strict code of moral values. You can rest assured that we always have your best interest in mind.

All of our Broker/REALTORS® located in our main office are licensed in both North Carolina and South Carolina, and serve the greater region. They are available to consult you about listing your home, and welcome the opportunity to make a listing presentation to you inclusive of a Comparative Market Analysis and Customized Marketing Program for your home, all free of charge.

The CMA – Comparative Market Analysis

A CMA serves as a tool to enable you to see the relative value of your property in today’s market in comparison to other similar properties recently sold in your area. Vision Group Realty Broker/REALTORS® use state of the art Comparative Market Analysis software programs and prepare CMAs as a part of their listing presentations, free of charge. Our exclusive buyer’s agents also utilize this tool as one factor in helping a buyer determine an offering price when preparing an offer to contract a home in order to make an educated purchase.

Staging your Home

In a very competitive buyer’s market, the seller needs every edge available to make a positive impression on potential buyers. Our Broker/REALTORS® provide sellers with detailed feedback on their home in order to present their home at its best. We also work with professional designers whose services are made available to our clients.

Showings and Feedback

Our Broker/REALTORS® use the state of the art SupraKey lockbox, and the convenience of Centralized Showing Services to enable other licensed agents to show your home. Through the Centralized Showing Services, we gather valuable feedback from these agents to keep you informed. It is our office policy for Broker/REALTORS® to regularly contact their clients in regard to the status of showings, potential Buyers and any local market changes that might affect the marketability of your home.
