Mike Rucker: Vision Group Realty Founder

Mike Rucker, founder and owner of Vision Group Realty, brings the same dedication and teamwork from his NFL career with the Carolina Panthers into Charlotte’s competitive real estate market. He is a former Pro Bowler and graduate of the University of Nebraska. Mike established Vision Group Realty to provide a team-oriented and client-focused real estate experience.

Expertise in Charlotte Real Estate

Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, Vision Group Realty specializes in residential real estate, luxury homes, investment properties, and relocation services. The firm serves clients throughout North & South Carolina, Charlotte, Ballantyne, South Charlotte, Fort Mill, Waxhaw, and other rapidly growing communities. The team’s deep knowledge of the Charlotte real estate market allows them to offer personalized guidance tailored to each client’s needs.

A Commitment to Excellence and Results

Mike’s approach focuses on excellence, integrity, and delivering results. His team of professional real estate brokers operates as independent contractors, similar to professional athletes. They share a common goal of providing exceptional service. Whether clients are buying, selling, or investing, the team works hard to help them succeed.

Vision Group Realty is known for personalized service, advanced technology, and strong negotiation skills. Whether assisting first-time homebuyers, experienced investors, or families relocating to Charlotte, Mike and his team prioritize clear communication and smooth transactions.

Community Involvement and Leadership

In addition to his real estate work, Mike actively supports the Charlotte community. He serves as a board member of the Good Fellows Club, which focuses on giving a hand up, not a hand out. He also serves on the Atrium Health Board and the Atrium Health Foundation Board (https://atriumhealthfoundation.org). Mike and his family live in South Charlotte and take pride in contributing to the area’s growth and vitality.

Areas of Expertise

Residential real estate, luxury properties, real estate investing, corporate and family relocation, and team-based real estate services in the greater Charlotte real estate market.
