Kristen Robbins has been a resident in the Charlotte area for the past 17 years. Kristen grew up in upstate New York and moved to Pittsburgh, PA at the age of 12. She attended college at Virginia Tech, graduating with a Bachelors of Science degree with a major in Human Development, Early Childhood Education and a minor in Communication Studies. She continued on at Virginia Tech to complete her graduate degree with a Masters of Education, Curriculum and Instruction.
Before having children, Kristen taught several years in the public-school systems starting in Arlington, Virginia and then in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Her husband, Don Robbins, and Kristen fell in love with the greater Charlotte area and settled here in 2004 where she continued her teaching career. After having her first child, Kristen decided to stay home and raise their two sons and daughter. She is an active member of her church, enjoys being involved in her kids’ schools and activities, substitute teaches and has also volunteered as a class mom, team mom and PTA board member. Kristen has enjoyed seeing all the changes in Charlotte and watching the city she loves prosper and grow.
Throughout her years living in Charlotte, Kristen has helped many family members and friends relocate to Charlotte and find a home and community they love. With her 3 children now in school, Kristen is thrilled to start a career in real estate. She is hard working, committed, creative and detail oriented. She is looking forward to working with you to sell your home or find a new one!
