Kristina Rucker is the Co-Founder and Broker-in-Charge of Vision Group Realty, a premier real estate firm serving Charlotte and the surrounding luxury markets. After earning her degree in Human Resources from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln, Kristina began her professional career in corporate recruiting. In 1999, she relocated to Charlotte, North Carolina, where she quickly transitioned into real estate and discovered her passion for helping individuals and families achieve their goals.

In 2005, Kristina and her husband, former NFL Pro Bowler Mike Rucker, co-founded Vision Group Realty. By 2007, Kristina earned her real estate licenses in both North Carolina and South Carolina. Today, she leads Vision Group Realty’s Charlotte office, guiding a team of professional brokers who share her commitment to excellence, integrity, and client success.
